I came to Cherisse broken and with a lot of ailments. Being that she is also a physical therapy assistant I could see that she was knowledgeable about muscles, muscle connections and kinesiology. I'm an athlete in my heart but my body, my bones and my muscles don't agree with that. Cherisse's style challenges me to push forward while still improving how I move. I like her style of accountability. Through her app she checks in with you, programs all of the workouts that I do on my own and connects seamlessly with my food log.
